Evaluation of Coronation Street Trailer
To be able to create my trailer I had an introduction to iMovie so that I could use the software to create and edit my trailer. I started off by learning how to import frames and to be able to split and cut scenes. I practiced this so that when it came down to doing it for my Coronation Street trailer, I would know what to do.
After doing this, we got given the Coronation Street clip. It was a set clip that everybody had to do in the class. There was a time line effect that I worked from which enabled me to insert clips that I knew that I wanted to include in my clip. The clip was a few minutes long and I had to use what I saw as 'key points' to narrow it down to 30 seconds or so. By having to do this, it involved splitting clips and deleting parts of them. By doing this you have to highlight the section you dont want and just press the 'backspace' on your key board. I was also able to adjust the volume settings. I used this tool so I could hear the key parts of the speech involved in the clip. As well as adjusting the volume, I had the choice to add music. I did this because I thought that music gave the sequence excitement and rythem. I had the choice of putting text onto my sequence but I decided not to as I didnt think that it looked right. Lastly, I uploaded my video onto youtube.

Short evaluation of summer stop motion project
Bathroom powerpoint
View more presentations from autumncorry.
I used several technologies to create my stop motion. I used a digital camera and a tripod to take the shots for my stop motion. I used a tripod because i wanted the shots to be accruate and clear. I then created a powerpoint to create my stop motion and later uploaded it to slideshare. Lastly, i uploaded it to my blog.
I didnt find the task difficult, i found it very enjoyable. As a group we decided to use limited props so we didnt get the audience confused. We used one character and explored that. We had a few ideas, but then decided to do one of them. As a group, we found out that the idea published, was the best idea. I worked with two other people to do my summer slow motion. Our scene was located in a bathroom, we found that it worked well as that is what it was based upon.
